I wana tell you a storeeey , contacted CJ hole, I have exchanged on my house looking for a let 6 -12 months but I have a dog, told that they have two properties that might take me and the dog the one in Charlton Kings would be ok, told the young lady, she said the gentlemen dealing with this was out of the office but on his return would contact me, this call was made between 9.30 and 10.30 am at 4.00pm I contacted them again, the gentleman was out of the office again but would try to contact me again! (my phone log disputes this) still no call. I sent an email the following morning early(today) I received a confirmation that I would be contacted very soon, it is now 5.40pm still no contact, I THINK THAT THERE IS A NASTY SMELL IN THE HOLE (CHELTENHAM)

A big thank you to everyone at C J Hole. I had an offer within weeks of putting my house on the market. There were three buyers below in the chain, all needing finance and they chased the legals daily. My house was Grade 11 listed which raised its own problems, they also helped me resolve these problems and I was happy to say I achieved a good, fair price for my property.
