I have recently let my property with CJ Hole and I have been very impressed with them. Initially I contacted Northwood, largely based on the positive reviews on this site, but I was very disappointed with them so I contacted CJ Hole instead. From the very start Justin responded to my messages quickly and answered all of my questions. He arranged to visit the property promptly and found tenants extremely quickly. He was not pushy at all, but had a calm relaxed and professional manner. I feel confident that my property and tenants will be well looked after by CJ Hole so I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently sold a property in Cheltenham through C J Hole with Jenni Moore dealing with the sale, she was very professional and knowledgeable with excellent attention to detail. If ever we had any problem with the property that we were renting, Jack, their Maintenance Manager, was always very approachable, quick to respond and effective in getting the right solution as quickly as possible. We have had a really positive experience with CJ Hole, although in the end we did decide on a property not listed with them, they were friendly and helpful. Orrin found us properties that matched our specific requirements. When we viewed them he was friendly and approachable and didn't have the "hard sell" approach we have found so often with other letting agents. For purchase and rental management, top marks. I bought a flat in Cheltenham through CJHole who presented their recommendations and then handled the process perfectly. They then continued to manage the property for rental and after almost three years I have to say I cannot criticise them for anything. I do not live in the UK and so good service is essential and that is what they provide. I could not be happier with my agent.
