I have used CJ Hole Cheltenham since 2009, buying several properties from them and working with the lettings team to let the properties I own. The service I have received has always been to a high standard, keeping in regular contact with me and understanding my own personal requirements. Whenever I have required an answer to a question or any advice they are quick to respond and help.

CJ Hole provided a very professional service from the outset. They proved to have a better understanding of local property prices than their competitors, managed viewings well and were always available with prompt and efficient advice as the sale proceeded.

Estate Agents don't have the best of public images but my experience of CJ Hole as a purchaser has certainly been positive. I would single out Jackie Poncia for a special thank you. There was a long chain in my case, which made communication and coordination very tricky indeed. Jackie went to great lengths to establish and maintain contact with the various parties (who were not always as cooperative as they might have been) and to keep me informed. Really can't begin to express how excellent the team at CJ Hole are. Last year I rented with them and unfortunately began having some serious issues with a tenant I was living with. It was a very unusual situation, but the team couldn't have dealt with it better. Not only did they go over and above to ensure the case was handled with incredible care, but Julie called me on a near daily basis - just to touch base and make sure I was okay. Since this was such a difficult (and strange!) time for me, the compassion and understanding I was shown made such a huge difference. I don't know how I would have managed without their support.
