Really can't begin to express how excellent the team at CJ Hole are. Last year I rented with them and unfortunately began having some serious issues with a tenant I was living with. It was a very unusual situation, but the team couldn't have dealt with it better. Not only did they go over and above to ensure the case was handled with incredible care, but Julie called me on a near daily basis - just to touch base and make sure I was okay. Since this was such a difficult (and strange!) time for me, the compassion and understanding I was shown made such a huge difference. I don't know how I would have managed without their support. From the start, both Orrin and Julie listened to my concerns and took everything very seriously. They worked with me to ensure everything was resolved in a way that would suit me and leave me in a good position for my future. They even helped me find future properties, but unfortunately I was unable to stay with them! A special thanks to Orrin, who helped to resolve the situation with utter care and respect, and to Julie who's compassion was truly touching.
