Excellent service and a sale achieved. From the moment we first met Lauren it was obvious she (and Martins) were the right choice. Lauren was efficiency itself, working closely with our buyer and helping their solicitor with many aspects of the purchase process! She knew precisely how to keep things moving along. The pricing strategy was right and an acceptable offer made quickly. We achieved our sale before Christmas - we and the buyers can now relax and enjoy the holiday. David has been really helpful recently with renewing my Tenency agreements, so that has taken a lot of stress of my shoulders . Tonia is always really helpful when I need to liase with my tenants , . So Tonia can help me out if there are issues that I need to discuss between myself and any of my tenents . Kim ( at Martin and Co ) has also be helpful recently when I have just has a gas cooker repaired in one of my properties.
