Initially I met with Sienna who showed me around the property I’m now in the process of buying, Sienna showed a real interest in the property and was very friendly and professional throughout. I’ve since met with Patrick who again was incredibly helpful and very easy to speak to! Every time I’ve ever had a question or query someone is always available to discuss it with me and so far every one from Charles David Casson has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff seem genuinely interested and engaged in trying to ensure the process of buying/selling is completed as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
