Nothing's too much trouble

I can't recommend Belvoir! Chelmsford highly enough. Paul and his team are all first class - expert, down to earth, friendly and always offering wise counsel in a sticky situation (which is increasingly the landlord's lot, I'm afraid). I've worked with other letting/managing agents and there are far too many out there happy to do an OK job for substantially more than OK money. Belvoir are a breath of fresh air and always go the extra mile for their clients and I wouldn't work with anyone else!

People who understand people

Belvoir Chelmsford have been an absolute delight to have as a letting agent. Having been let down severely by another Chelmsford agent several years ago I switched to Belvoir and have never regretted it. The team are efficient, unfailingly cheerful, on the ball to ensure that landlords and tenants fulfil their obligations and they ensure that neither party is charged excessive amounts to rectify any shortcomings. Experience over many rears has shown the Chelmsford team to be people who understand people. This means that they are sensitive to need and prepared to be creative in dealing with any issues raised by me as landlord or by my tenant. They are not just doing a job for the money. We rented for approximately 6 years with the Chelmsford branch. I found them all to be very helpful and any repairs were carried out in a timely fashion. The contractors instructed were always professional and friendly. At the checkout Paul Murphy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond my expectations as the cleaning company we had instructed failed to clean the property to the correct standard. With his help speaking with the third party cleaning agent we managed to get the property back to an acceptable standard and recieved our full deposit back. I would recommend this branch to new tenants looking to rent.

Outstanding service from Belvoir

Paul Murphy and his team have over a period of almost TEN years managed my rental property in Chelmsford . The whole process has been totally hassle free and well organised throughout .Money has been collected on time and any repairs ,plumbing or electrical work that needed to be done has been covered off by Belvoir in a timely and fair manner . Belvoir even helped me with the eventual sale of my property and supplied information and documentation to solicitors which was beyond my expectation. Overall I would recommend Belvoir to any new landlord and would be happy to offer a direct reference .
