Difficult to get our full deposit back, and after much haggling we decided to cut our losses £70 short. Extortionate credit check fees and check out fees, but this is an industry wide con. Would avoid in future simply down the deposit issues alone

They are uncooperative, difficult to communicate with, argumentative, and very lazy.. I have not seen anyone in my time with them take responsibility or have ownership of any issue (its always been someone else's fault). They are Not to be trusted..

This letting agency is all about money, (taking yours), they constantly need chasing, you can only trust email as proof of issue or concern as they will deny conversations about issues, and attention to detail or due diligence (you have to trust yourself), they left us with the previous tenants debts, and wanted nothing at all to do with this, took us 6 months and hundreds of pounds of our own money and time to resolve, on return of the property they wanted more the guidelines to permitted as the owner wanted to better the property at our expense... Really do stay away from this Franchise go to a well established letting agent (its worth it)

Unhelpful

We rented out our property with Belvoir and they are the most unhelpful company we have come across. Every time we have spoken to someone there they have treated us like we are an inconvenience to them.. I would fully recommend you stay away from this company and find another agency. We will never be using them again.
