Wow - very speedy response from James one evening, when I sent through a right move message wanting to view the property the next day. He arranged the viewing with the owner for the next day which was absolutely perfect! Really perfect timing to fit into my busy diary. I have been searching for a decent size house in Chelmsford for so long and was so glad to find something. Everything was straight forward, barring the potential 17 viewings that this property had on the next day, however this did not put me off. I wanted this house, I wanted this new life in Chelmsford. Various conversations via email and telephone went on to "bid" for this property, however I Won with plenty of luck! I could not fault James at all, really made viewing/purchasing this house an enjoyable experience. The completion stage, admittedly was stressful, but Caroline kept in constant touch and kept chasing the current vendors for various information and completion of forms. Very interesting. Quite expensive.

An interesting location with a fun one lane entry/exit route making driving in rather interesting. Parking is good and some very knowledgeable staff around to help. The Koi pond inside is huge along with the massive range of plants (bought 3 cacti....why not!) Set up inside very much like the beccles location however in this one it's easier to walk around especially when over 6'. One star dropped as being charged £6.90 for two teas which were two average sized mugs with a tea bag dumped in does take the Mike when most cafes (including garden centres) offer better value for money and a tea pot at that price!

Brilliant place with an indoor pond (containing fish!), several vibrant plants, a massive outdoor section, as well as amazing food. I would quite like to visit again

Staff (Lauren) excellent and the staff in cafe. The only drawback is the severely potholed drive into and exit from the site. Range of plants excellent.
