I would certainly recommend Balgores Estate Agents in South Woodham Ferrers. Moving house during the COVID restrictions has been a challenge. My house went on the market January 2020 with a different agent and response was very poor. July 2020 I switched to Balgores and the viewings just kept coming, resulting in offers and and an agreed sale within 2 weeks. The progression service was also very good. There were a couple of 'hiccups' with the chain below, and Balgores helped to keep everything together through to completion.
