Balgores South Woodham Ferrers

Just want to write this review in regards to Tom. From our viewing all the way through to our purchase, Tom was professional, calm and caring. He gave us a consistent service that was second to none. Balgores - you should be proud of a staff member like him! Well done Tom and thanks for all your help.

Recently purchased a property and Michael was our mortgage advisor along with the help of Mackensie. Could not recommend enough, process wasn’t always smooth sailing but both always available for a call and also updating us on the process throughout. They made the purchase that little bit easier.

I found Balgores extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my property. I found them proactive and always willing to chase the other party, solicitors and so on for an update. The photos and marketing were very well presented and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending Paul and his team.

So pleased we used Balgores as our agent. They couldn’t have done enough for us. They were always in regular contact, keeping us updated with the market activity, and they always let us know any feedback from viewings, which is so important …

Amazing service from Balgores South Woodham Ferrers, I am a first time buyer and Clive and the team made it a fantastic experience, Marie was very helpful and accommodating and very professional, nothing was to much trouble. I will be …

I have recently bought through Godfrey & Barr in Hampstead Garden Suburb. It was a long and complex sale of c. 9 months and during the process I dealt with Jonathan Barr and Emma Law as my main contacts, but whne they were on leave, Ian Godfrey and Jeremy Fine. So I am definitely in a position to comment on the Firm. I am also an agent myself, specialising in commercial in Central London so I speak from a position of knowledge. I would wholeheartedly recommend Godfrey and Barr, They came up 5 stars on all fronts - knowledge, integrity, deal-making nous and pure graft and effort. I'd certainly use them when i come to sell or require the services of a residential estate agent again.

Jeremy was brilliant throughout the process of trying to sell our house. Both Jeremy and Emma were efficient polite, generous with their time, had great knowledge of the area and true to their word. So happy we decided to move to Godfrey and Barr from previous estate agents that struggled to sell our property. Jeremy got us at least two offers within the first week! Thank you Godfrey and Barr!

I have recently purchased my new home through Godfrey & Barr and could not recommend them highly enough. I first dealt with Josh, an enthusiastic and knowledgeable agent who helped us find our perfect property. I also worked closely with Jonathan Barr throughout the process. As a partner, he was keen to get involved and help ensure a smooth process, which ultimately gave us the result we all wanted. Moving homes can be very stressful, but having agents who go out their way to help makes the whole process much easier. Thank you all for your work, and to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their property, I would absolutely advise giving the team a call.

Very very professional and great staff who kept us up to date during the whole process.
