I dropped into this branch recently as I am looking to buy somewhere but wasn't exactly sure of what I was looking for or what options were available to me. One of your sales advisors, Claire (I didn't get her surname) was so professional. She took the time to go through with me, listening to what I wanted (although I wasn't always clear) and presented some great options based on this which actually really helped clarify things. I actually felt someone cared about providing an excellent service which can be a rare find.
