We bought a property through this branch and their service has been impeccable throughout. Unfortunately we were victim to a broken chain and needed to find a property immediately to not lose our buyer. We rang the store on the Friday to get a viewing the next day, which they managed to achieve, they even managed to get an agent to attend. By the Sunday we had sealed the deal and within 6 weeks; a chain of 6 were able to exchange. Angela from the post sales team, went above beyond to secure the exchange and spent numerous hours chasing solicitors to ensure we could all agree a completion date. She also gave the vendor and I regular updates as to where the transaction was. If it was not for her liaising within the chain I am confident to say it would not of happened for several more weeks. People are quick to sell their houses with one upfront payment, which we did. Although we did sell our house, in our experience and for future we would return to use an agent. We had several last minute people cancel and even a few just not turning up, resulting in us losing numerous hours of precious family time. This agent verified our current market situation and that we were financially able to afford the property prior to us viewing. This negates any time wasters!!!!! The other problem with these upfront payment agents is that once you are sold, post sales team, the contact is almost non-existent. If your sanity and time is worth more than your money....I’d highly recommend this agent.

The service given by Robinson Michael Jackson throughout the sale of my house has been excellent. The team in the office were well-informed and knew about my property when I visited or phoned. The staff who conducted viewings were well -informed and well-mannered. The process was complicated when my first buyer pulled out at the last minute. This was a very difficult experience but the team was positive and encouraging and set to work to secure another buyer. Leading up to exchange, the sales progressor was first rate and kept me informed and calm during a tricky few hours. I would recommend the firm without hesitation.

RM&J were fantastic from our first viewing of our property. Highly professional, friendly and very informative. Angela in particular was exceptional during our house purchase. After some delays caused by our Solicitors she managed our expectations, would call me 3 times a week with progression and offered advice when needed.
