My first purchase was decidedly less stressful than I had been expecting considering my relative inexperience in this area. The staff (joseph and co) were very helpful in securing multiple viewings as well as certifying my ID. Little things admittedly but very helpful when one is time poor. Angela was very diligent in keeping me informed as to my standing in the process and status of particulars. I was very relieved by her proactivity which meant (with a regular gentle prodding on her part) my inexperience was not an impediment and felt safe that I wouldn't overlook any crucial step.
