When I was looking for houses to buy, RMJ were heads above the other estate agents in the Rochester / Chatham area when it came to arranging viewings and showing me around. So when I wanted to sell my property I went to them, knowing how they’d be for any potential buyers. It was a great decision. My property sold quickly, for a value I was happy with. If I ever needed to sell another house in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had originally purchased my flat through RMJ, so was already aware of them, however they were also the most thorough and informative of the Estate Agents I spoke with prior to putting the flat on the market. They arranged a steady stream of viewings straight away, with an offer coming in within a few weeks. Unfortunately this offer fell through just before the UK became locked down, however they were very quick to get the flat back on to market and I received a second offer within a couple of weeks of the market reopening. The agent kept in regular contact throughout, with updates on the sale, as well as my ongoing purchase, even though it was with a different Estate Agent. Would definitely recommend.
