I am very happy with the service provided by RMJ in the sale of my late mother-in-law's retirement flat. These are not properties which lend themselves to a quick sale but RMJ persevered with it. I was notified of every viewing, provided with feedback and marketing advice from the price to the appearance of the interior. I cannot fault the staff at RMJ. It was clear from the initial valuation by Mark that he knew what he was talking about, I received a progress call every week from Tia or Claire and Angela kept me up to date during the transaction itself. I've dealt with many estate agencies in my line of work and I was impressed by RMJ.

I’m just so glad that I chose Robinson Michael & Jackson to sell my house. I had three agents to value the property and Mark, the manager stood head and shoulders above the other two. His appearance was smart and his articulate and professional manner oozed confidence. The literature and information that he brought along was far superior to that of the other two. The icing on the cake was Angela who kept me updated at every opportunity. She not only kept me informed but also “nagged” both sets of solicitors and copied me in to her emails.
