Philippa Blois The Trusted Agent 3 April 2019

Sale & purchase

We were incredibly satisfied with the service we were provided by Jonathan Rees. From our first meeting, valuation and viewings we have always found them to be honest, trustworthy and available when we had queries. They were very efficient, communicative and it was especially helpful working only with a small team who knew us personally. We would thoroughly recommend Jonathan Rees and were very happy we were buying and selling through the same agent as it made our process simpler.

Reply from Jonathan Rees: Thank you for your 5 star review Philippa. I am so pleased that we could find yourself and Joel your dream home and sell yours so quickly and at the asking price. I wish you all, many happy years in your new home and we appreciate your recommendation based on your experience. Kind Regards Richard, Jas and the Team and Jonathan Rees

About Jonathan Rees

We like to think we do things a little differently from other estate agents. Here’s how: •We always look after the best interests of our clients •We have a strong team of hard working and experienced property professionals •We can offer specialist sales advice under one roof Above all, we have a unique marketing strategy that really does sell houses. It includes high quality brochures, recognisable For Sale boards, our “Guild” magazine, local window advertising, newspaper advertising and, of course, the web including the best performing property portals Rightmove, Primelocation, Zoopla and Onthemarket.
