Paul Moon The Trusted Agent 26 April 2018

Pro-active sourcing of tenant for a vacant property.

The Jonathan Rees Office in Chandlers Ford is a busy one with staff assisting both tenants and landlords. My property had been vacant for over 2 months and Andrea and the team were successful in finding a new tenant for me very quickly. Other agents had been unable to find a new tenant after mine had left unexpectedly to relocate up north. I am also impressed with the fact that when a maintenance situation arises I only need to make one call to the Jonathan Rees office rather than having to liaise with another ‘parent’ organisation. If I have a requirement to let the property again then Jonathan Rees will definitely get the brief and I have recommended them to colleagues and friends. Paul - a landlord living in the area for over 30 years.

Reply from Jonathan Rees: Thank you very much for your review Paul, I am pleased that you had such a positive experience.
