10/10 Couldn't recommend Northwood enough in Falkirk and Surrounding areas. From the first time I made a phone call to view the property to leaving the property, the staff at Northwood were nothing but kind and helpful. Always answered any questions we had and fixed any problems we had in the flat within 24 hrs. Really reliable estate agent and we had no problems with them at all. Thank you to all the staff at Northwood especially Nicole for all your kindness and support

Had a great experience with Northwood Falkirk as the letting agent looking after me during my tenancy in Denny. Always very attentive and helpful, resolved all maintenence issues very quickly and we're always quick to check the work was done on time and to a good standard! Can't thank them enough, special shout outs to Nicole, Anne, Nicola and Lisa for all their efforts. 5*
