Dear Elizabeth, We are desperately sorry that our For Sale Board Contractor (Agency Express) placed our For Sale Board in front of the wrong house on Saturday afternoon. As soon as Gareth reported the issue and informed us the board had been erected at the wrong house, we immediately informed Agency Express to collect the board as soon as they could. I also sent a message to Gareth apologising for the error and informed him that the board would be collected as soon as Agency Express are back in the area. I understand that Gareth has already taken the board down so that it is ready for collection. Once again please accept my sincere apologies for the error. Dear Wilson, A lot of personal effort and investment does go into producing our local videos which are aimed to be entertaining while also striking a balance between facts, debate and casual interest. If you watch the video back I can assure you I have not described anywhere as less desirable and the words used are less aesthetically pleasing which are simply used to describe the look of certain houses built in certain times and we all hear about the all important kerb appeal in many property programmes.
