A complete breath of fresh air from the attitude of some of the 'traditional' estate agents! The marketing of the house was brilliantly done with great photos and personalised description. Everything was done in a timely way and my asking price was reached the day after the viewings took place. Totally stress-free. Great communication from Simon and Chris and also great teamwork behind the scenes with the progress chaser and solicitor. When we came to sell our house, EweMove were our first choice of estate agent. We didn't bother getting quotes from other agents as we had already seen EweMove's listings on Facebook and Rightmove and liked the quirky, personalised touch they added to make each listing entertaining and unique. The way in which EweMove uses technology and social media really helped to get our house sold quickly and conveniently. Something that you don't usually see with a "traditional" estate agent. Chris and Simon were great to work with. Always available 24/7, and could get in touch easily over WhatsApp. This was especially useful if I was busy with work and wasn't available to respond to phone calls etc. They were happy to go the extra mile too, for example letting our surveyor in while we were away on holiday. Viewings were always convenient, with plenty of notice, and we achieved a price we were happy with in a short period of time. Would happily recommend to a friend or use them again in the future. EweMove are friendly, professional and accomodating. Nothing is too much trouble, including Sam driving me from a viewing back to the station. I particularly like the video of the property interior emailed to me following my viewing. I've seen this with agents abroad so it's good to see a UK agent embracing this technique.
