we used a differant estate agent at first who tryed to get us to take a lower price than our property was worth and also charged us for photos and floor plan (robinson jackson do not charge for this). upon registering with robinson jackson we had a offer within the first week and for the properties value. they have been very involved through out the whole process from the first offer to the completion, doing all they could to get us through the process as easy and quickly as they could. we are very happy with the service and would reccomend them. thank you to all the agents/staff at robinson jackson

She provides an excellent service all round and is an asset to the team.

Due to an unforeseen circumstance that was nobody's fault our purchase took months longer than it should have done but Lorraine from Robinson Jackson was amazing. She kept everyone informed throughout and pushed and nagged solicitors on our behalf. Having Lorraine on our side made a stressful time much easier. We would probably have given up and pulled out without her but I'm so pleased we didn't as we' now really happy in our new home.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Robinson Jackson, Simon was great from the off, and Lorraine was also very good and always kept me well informed. I went with another on-line agent at first, was with them for 6 months and did not sell my property. By the way I still have to pay the On-line agent even though they did not sell my property, absolute rip off. I then went with Robinson Jackson and within 5 days they sold my property. Even though this was a long drawn out sale due to the first buyer completely messing myself and Robinson Jackson around, i could not fault the service they provided. When we eventually decided to remarket the property, there was a conveyor belt of viewers each day and the property was resold within 6 days and sale was then completed within 10 weeks. Absolutely first class service, Cathy, Lorraine and Simon were brilliant all the way through to the point now I feel a bit lost not speaking to Lorraine each day ! Anyone wanting to use an estate agent in Catford, these are your guys. Don't bother with any of the rest !
