very bad real estate! the worst real estate ever! people be careful they make you transfer money and then they put you on brakes to rent it doesn't end up renting and they keep your money they are scammers because they don't tell you at any time that's why it's a big scam I have proof of this and I'm going to justice for my money back

Awful experience with the sales team! I had to deal with 4 people none of which seemed to know what is going on. Misleading advertised property, then after I put an offer on the flat they sent me a text (not a telephone call, not an email but a text) saying that they have given me a wrong figure for the lease extension (the price they had on file was only 10-15k more than what I was told, not too much a? ...). Then took them over a month to realise that the surveyor hasn't picked up the keys to do the survey. Lots of complications, lots of lies and calls they never returned. Then after 5 months when it became clear that the purchase will not go ahead no one called me to say that this is the case instead I am still "waiting" for an email or telephone call with an update (3 weeks now). Also what annoyed me is that they didn't try to offer me another property of theirs that might be of interest to me. Not happy with them at all!
