As first-time buyers, our experience purchasing a property through Robinson Jackson has been nothing short of excellent. We first viewed the property with Amanda Try, who was both friendly and professional. She answered every question we had with confidence, something we didn’t always experience when viewing properties with other agents. Submitting an offer was a simple and straightforward process, and we were delighted to receive confirmation within just two working days that our offer had been accepted. Throughout the progression of the sale, we were supported by Joseph Green, Kerstie Richards-Maugham, and Tracy Wright. They were all incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive, especially when liaising between both sets of solicitors on our behalf. Even though we were purchasing during the holiday season and expected potential delays, the team ensured the process remained completely seamless. No matter who we spoke to, they were always ready to help and kept everything on track. We can confidently say that when the time comes to sell our property in the future, we will definitely be returning to Robinson Jackson.

Excellent set up service. Red squirrel staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. They did the initial set up with great communication and regular updates. I couldn’t believe how quickly it all happened. Thanks so much.
