HNC LETTINGS & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Hayley has overseen a property I have rented as a tenant for the past few years with no problems and I have always experienced good efficient service from her company. From the initial enquiry I have found the service provided to be professional and at the same time friendly and down to earth, I always felt there was a good balance provided for my interests as a tenant and those of the property owner. I had a problem with the boiler a couple of years ago which Hayley did everything in her power to rectify in a timely manner and the problem was resolved. I would recommend HNC to both people looking to rent a property and landlords looking to rent out a property.

Lovely landlady! Definitely recommend HNC, thanks for everything! Wouldn’t hesitate to rent with you again

I would definitely recommend HNC property management. Everything was so easy and Hayley was very friendly and responded quickly to any issues or questions I had.

The best property company anyone could wish for.. Very helpful & Professional.. 5 Stars

I rented a property from Hayley for 2 years and I couldn't recommend HNC Properties highly enough. Properties are well maintained and Hayley ensured things were fixed promptly when required. The property I rented was beautiful and well finished. I wouldn't use an agency when Hayley can offer great properties at great prices.

Hayley is professional, friendly and well-organised. She has always been on hand with any issues and has been quick to get them resolved. She has looked after our property as if it were her own with regards to the standard of maintenance and care and has found us great tenants who have taken good care of it as well. We have tried high street letting agents in the past but would absolutely recommended Hayley over them. Thanks Hayley.

Very friendly and professional service, would highly recommend.

Great person and will always do we best to help you wherever she can very understanding there very fast at getting problems fixed and never ever a problem when you ring up great service I would recommend to others
