HNC LETTINGS & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Excellent company. Really helped me. Would definitely use again. Will be recommending to my friends.

I’ve been working with Houseman Properties since 2016, and honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I originally chose them because of their unique combination of property management expertise and expert property legal knowledge …

Emma and Raphael are very professional, supportive and always available. We had an amazing experience with their agency. From start to the end, they ensured that everything is handled meticulously. Whenever we faced any problems, they …

We really recommend Hayley and the team at HNC. We were relocating from overseas and couldn’t view the house in person, but Hayley made everything so easy and reassuring. She gave us a full virtual tour, answered all our questions, and never asked for any payment until we arrived and moved in. That kind of trust and flexibility really meant a lot. The house was exactly as described — no surprises. The whole process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. The system they use is also a big plus: everything is clearly recorded and well-documented, which made things feel transparent and straightforward from start to finish. Whenever we had any issues, they were dealt with quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a team that’s both efficient and genuinely kind. We felt looked after every step of the way. Thanks so much, Hayley and HNC team!

I have been very impressed with HNC, friendly and professional. Having used other letting companies previously; I am very impressed with the care of both tenants and our property. I highly recommend.

Hayley has always provided great service to me as a landlord and to my tenants. She has provided comprehensive check-in/ check-out reports and mid-tenancy reviews (when required) and found great tenants. She always has good advice on how to manage any issues and has trusted contractors she can call on, usually at short notice. Hayley is really responsive and flexible with her time, even on weekends and is always a pleasure to work with - highly recommended!
