Sean was amazing. Stayed late on a Friday to allow me to view and came in early on my move day. He took all the stress out of moving. I also appreciated that he'd been in and switched on the hot water. I had some very surprising experiences with other agents and the cut throat rental market in Cardiff when looking. Sean's approach was honest and very refreshing. I could not recommend PM Premier enough. Thank you
excellent service extremely pleased with the excellent service from Sean at PM Premier. They made sure everything was in place and made the move run very smoothly with renting my flat and new rental
Good service, much better than my own agent wish I sold through PM Premier. Easy to get hold, kept me updated. Bottle of wine and card on completion even an Easter egg.
The service we received has been brilliant. Very efficient and friendly too and an easy process. Completely hassle free.
Would like to thank all the staff at PM Premier for helping me sell my late grandmothers house they took so much stress off me at this difficult time they kept me updated with everything i cannot thank them all enough. If you ever looking to buy rent or sell a house i would highly recommend PM Premier they are a fantastic team xx
The service was good. They went output of their way to answer my questions and accommodate my needs. Their website could do with updating on a more frequent basis though
Great service, listened to needs and requirements. Quick turn around, happy, smiley and friendly face which makes a difference

We obviously do all the usual things you would expect from a modern estate agent but where we are different is in our approach and expertise in more specialist areas and some of the things we do a little differently. From our unique valuation and new home packs that we give to all our customers to the care and attention we give to marketing every single property with professional photography and copy writing, at The Letting Station you are in great hands. Our branch is ideally located to cover the whole of Cardiff and if you do want a free valuation then please call in to see us, visit the website at www.thelettingstation.co.uk or telephone the team on 029 2002 0880.
