I have used PM Premier twice now, once to rent a property for friends and again for myself. Both times Sean has been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Any problems. are sorted out straight away - he was a pleasure to do business with! I would highly recommend PM Premier.
This agency has really gone above and beyond "normal" customer service and I am very happy to be part of the Sachville family now. They have made us feel very welcome
Got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. Sean was very helpful on the day we moved in and made it easy and pleasant.
Sean has been great in making the transition from our old agent to him smooth and hassle free. He has also been very efficent in sorting builders to complete unfinished work to our house in the first week of being transferred to him. We can’t thank him enough.
Excellent service. Completely satisfied.

We obviously do all the usual things you would expect from a modern estate agent but where we are different is in our approach and expertise in more specialist areas and some of the things we do a little differently. From our unique valuation and new home packs that we give to all our customers to the care and attention we give to marketing every single property with professional photography and copy writing, at The Letting Station you are in great hands. Our branch is ideally located to cover the whole of Cardiff and if you do want a free valuation then please call in to see us, visit the website at www.thelettingstation.co.uk or telephone the team on 029 2002 0880.
