“Sean and the team at PM Premier were fantastic when I was looking for a property to rent in Cardiff. Sean has been great and he even went above and beyond by giving the keys for the flat over Easter weekend when they were closed. I would highly recommend using PM Premier and Sean in particular is great to work with.”
Simple process, very easy. Sean was fab.
Sean at pm premier has made the process of letting our faultless. He managed to secure suitable tenants and negotiate the best rent within a few days. He also took complete control organising credit checks, inventory, meter readings. Very happy with service

It was so nice to have to deal with an agent who you can build an immediate relationship with. His professionalism and approach to real estate is second to none, with great communication skills and a very friendly personality. If I ever have to rent a property, or buy i wouldn't hesitate to contact him first. Thanks Sean!
Sean has been incredibly helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile, he has made us feel welcome in our new flat and already sorted quite a few things out for us!
Its rare that you come across someone as helpful and supportive as Sean White. I approached Sean from PM Premier just for advice on circumstances regarding my tenant. Sean gave me invaluable advice and went above and beyond to help me overcome the whole situation. The one thing I liked in particular was his excellent and speedy communication. Sean was simply amazing. If you are a landlord, I would highly recommend this letting agent.
Needed to move quickly. Helped me with setting up internet got me a number for a cheap man in a van. Always made me feel like I mattered.
We obviously do all the usual things you would expect from a modern estate agent but where we are different is in our approach and expertise in more specialist areas and some of the things we do a little differently. From our unique valuation and new home packs that we give to all our customers to the care and attention we give to marketing every single property with professional photography and copy writing, at The Letting Station you are in great hands. Our branch is ideally located to cover the whole of Cardiff and if you do want a free valuation then please call in to see us, visit the website at www.thelettingstation.co.uk or telephone the team on 029 2002 0880.
