I’d like to offer my thanks and appreciation for the excellent service I recently received from Sean in respect of the letting of my apartment. I was so impressed by how quickly all the paperwork was completed, and the right tenant was found. Giulia

Hi guys We have new tenants moving in today at 10 Worrells Place We decided to use agents for the first time with me working away so much and having a little less to worry about, having said that there’s been a lot of work needed doing and plenty of running around in the transition period of the property. I just want to say that Sean has gone above and beyond to be honest. Every thing I’ve asked of him he’s done with no question at all. Couldn’t be happier so thank you very much Sean And look forward to our rental period together. If my other property becomes available for tent then you’ll be first to know for sure Thanks again
Great Agency. Big support from the beginning ,making things the easiest way possible to get me move in straight away.
Everything made easy, very helpful
I have worked in partnership with Sean from the Letting Station for the last four years and his level of service and standard of properties has been outstanding. He has always gone out of his way to help find the right properties, even when the time scale has been a matter of days he has always come back with somewhere. The after service and support for tenants is fantastic and I would highly recommend Sean and his team at The Letting Station as you are guaranteed to have all your needs met to find the perfect property'.
We obviously do all the usual things you would expect from a modern estate agent but where we are different is in our approach and expertise in more specialist areas and some of the things we do a little differently. From our unique valuation and new home packs that we give to all our customers to the care and attention we give to marketing every single property with professional photography and copy writing, at The Letting Station you are in great hands. Our branch is ideally located to cover the whole of Cardiff and if you do want a free valuation then please call in to see us, visit the website at www.thelettingstation.co.uk or telephone the team on 029 2002 0880.
