As a landlord I never look forward to a changeover in tenancy however The Letting Station made it seem effortless. They were friendly and professional and found me a new tenant in no time at all BUT more importantly found me a tenant at the monthly rental I was looking for :) I felt at ease knowing they had carried out all the relevant checks/secured the deposit correctly on my behalf and was grateful that they only contacted me when absolutely necessary - unlike that of previous letting agents. I can highly recommend The letting station in Cardiff. Sean has been managing my rental property in Llandaff for the past few years now ensuring the property is always occupied with suitable tenants.
