I can highly recommend The letting station in Cardiff. Sean has been managing my rental property in Llandaff for the past few years now ensuring the property is always occupied with suitable tenants. They have managed everything there for me, taking away all the headaches I used to get when I was private letting the property and managing it myself through gumtree. The letting station was able to find suitable tenants in a matter of days, as well as achieving a higher monthly rental than I was getting before, meaning that the management fees were more than covered by the extra income. At times i forget all about the property, it’s easy. If your looking for a reliable company to manage your property’s I would highly recommend you try these guys first.

The guys and girls at The Letting Station are reliable, honest and transparent. They responded to any potential issues I had speedily and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable when moving in. Shaun was generous enough to give me a lift on one of my journeys which I was really grateful for. They went through the contract with me there and then, and nothing was unclear or confusing. I've reached the end of my tenancy and can safely say that I haven't had any negative experiences with The Letting Station. Overall I would use them again were I looking for a new property that they were renting or selling. 10/10
