I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to the Letting Station team! Shout out particularly to Tania who was so friendly and helpful when I entered the building! She went above and beyond to try help me find the right flat to rent- not just any flat (being a female). I was so touched by this- knowing that she cared about my individual needs. The team managed to find me a flat just at the right time! They have been so helpful with my move in (literally carrying my boxes) and have quickly sorted out any issues concerning the flat. Shout out also to Sean who sorted out my washing machine and has reassured me that I can ask for help anytime. They are efficient and proactive. I felt supported and cared for. They are a good quality agency, a responsive team and are highly professional. I totally recommend! All of them have shown that they go above and beyond!
