Avoid this company like the plague.. when they get a genuine bad review they start begging people to review them 5 stars to get their ratings back up. If you notice 90% of their reviews are from people who have only rated them, probably friends and family members! I experienced them first hand. Very unprofessional company. They do not care about you personally as long as they get their money. The staff will even stoop as low to abuse you verbally when they can’t get their own way! AVOID!

Reply from The Letting Station: Hi Hannah Can you give me more details please as I need to investigate this for you. I have checked our system and cant see any record of anyone with your name in any of the systems we have. In answer to your accusation about the reviews I am happy to personally prove every single review to you with the relevant details and would also like to point out that all our reviews are independently checked so this is just not true. Google would also pick up on fake reviews and penalise a company for them. If I can ask you to contact me personally I will investigate this in full my email is nick@thelettingstation.co.uk
