We have been working with seraph property services for some years now and all the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. However one member of staff in particular has stood out Freya Oatridge she always responds to any queries immediately and efficiently. She is extremely passionate about her work and helps whenever she can with any problems or concerns we have . She always responds to emails quickly and will go out of her ways to try and solve any issues that we have. She is a huge asset to the company and cannot speak more highly of her. Stephanie watson

I’m having several maintenance requests for the property and Seraph is doing well with taking care of that. Thanks to Freya Oatridge who is being helpful and professional with fast responses on emails and even she is reaching out through phone calls, which is highly appreciated.

You don’t want to go through the trouble I’m having getting my holding deposit back. The contract stated 10 days for deposit refund. I’m literally in the 3rd week now and no progress has been made on how I’ll get back deposit back. They’ll come up with several excuses for you and point to unnecessary things to ensure you don’t get your money back ! This is the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with.i don’t think they deserve any star 🌟 at all. Despite thorough cleaning of the property, windows wash and vacuum, they still insisted £155 for “light cleaning of one bedroom”

I moved in two weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Seraph and Sara in particular. Any issues have been dealt with straight away and has helped my family and I settle into our new home very quickly.

Just called up to get a copy of the tenancy agreement for my BTL mortgage lender, as always recieved an amazing service from jess today, and have alway been happy with Kaitlin and Kelsie also, highly recommend this company as a landlord they look after me very well

I first contacted seraph due to my boiler breaking down a contractor was sent out the same day and fixed what I thought was the problem but then a few days later it stopped working again. Another contractor was sent and he fixed the problem there and then. A week or so later the boiler kept cutting out giving error codes and it was taking me a long time to get it started again by resetting it and sometimes it just wouldn’t work at all. Again a contractor was sent out giving me the recommendation that a new boiler would be needed. Throughout this whole process Freya Oatridge has dealt with all my calls and has been absolutely amazing. She dealt with every issue professionally, efficiently and she always kept me updated on the progress of the new boiler situation she was so lovely to talk too. She went out of her way to bring me and my little boy a heater after her shift had finished which is above and beyond!! She is a credit to your company. Thank you.

I contacted Freya Oatridge about the housing problem. She has been brilliant in terms of responding and getting back to me about the problem. She tried to do her level best to solve the problems associated with the house. She is very down-to-earth in her behaviour. She called me again and again and checked several times to see if everything was okay with the property. I appreciated her effort and felt pleased about her work.

Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential and block management as well as many aspects of domestic and commercial property maintenance. We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
