Clear in communication and did go above and beyond. Claire and the team were very helpful. The marketing was innovative and catchy! Not at any point was it the first option to reduce the price, which is what I found with another estate agent. Northwood believe in what they are marketing.

We recently saw a few properties with Northwood and found a house that we fell in love with. Carys has been very helpful from the start. We've had a rocky road trying to secure it as our sale with another estate agent initially fell through and the property we wanted was over our initial budget but Carys has been regularly in touch with us and the vendors. After working her magic she was able to secure the property for us. She's been an absolute pleasure to deal with and without her perseverance I don't think we would be in the position we are in.
