We are very happy with the service we received from Jodie. The viewing was arranged at a convenient time and all our questions were answered fully. We were kept informed of progress prior to moving in. The whole process was stress free and ran very smoothly. Jodie was super friendly and helpful the whole time which has been very much appreciated.

Professional professionals! The minefield that surrounds both the rental and sale of a property requires a company that holds compliance and service at it's heart is paramount these days, this is Northwood. The entire team are knowledgeable in every aspect of both rental and sales but moreover are friendly, communicative and nothing is too much trouble. We were in safe hands and can't thank the team enough.

These guys are excellent and knowledgable about selling property. They sold our property in three days. They are very different to others focusing on digital methods to advertise your property. I really recommend them to sell your property.

The Northwood Cardiff Team were fantastic throughout the process of selling my property. Thank you to all that were involved. I would definitely recommend. Clear in communication and did go above and beyond. Claire and the team were very helpful. The marketing was innovative and catchy! Not at any point was it the first option to reduce the price, which is what I found with another estate agent. Northwood believe in what they are marketing.

We recently saw a few properties with Northwood and found a house that we fell in love with. Carys has been very helpful from the start. We've had a rocky road trying to secure it as our sale with another estate agent initially fell through and the property we wanted was over our initial budget but Carys has been regularly in touch with us and the vendors. After working her magic she was able to secure the property for us. She's been an absolute pleasure to deal with and without her perseverance I don't think we would be in the position we are in.
