From my first meeting with the Northwood team to the last I had noted that this is a team that operates well, they are very polite, very helpful, and more importantly thorough with their work. The house that I viewed, with Carys Lock (Sales Negotiator) leading me around, was the house I knew I wanted. Carys had an answer for every question I asked, she was well mannered and professional with a nice touch of humour. I liked and wanted the house, put in an offer of the asking price, eventually had to up it above that and Carys helped and advised me through that stressful few days of negotiations. At this moment in time, I am waiting for the solicitors to do their work.

Northwood were the sellers' estate agent for a flat I bought in Grangetown this summer; I was impressed with their sales progression team, who helped to steer the sale through to completion. After purchasing and renovating the property, I hired Northwood to market it and find a tenant (tenant find service). The whole team were friendly, efficient and speedy - I would recommend them without hesitation.
