I went to view a house I loved on with Northwood and asked them to come and value mine, which in turn I ended up on the market with them. Carys showed us around the house and was very knowledgeable and personable yet professional. Within a day or two I had a valuation from Nicola, who was great and Literally had my property on the market within less than 24hours of valuation. Carys took amazing pictures and I was happy that she was enthusiastic about the property and would pass this on to potential buyers. So far I am absolutely over the moon with the way things have gone with Northwood. Sold my property and had an offer accepted on the property I love. They have gone above and beyond to get me in a position to be able to offer on my dream house and I can’t thank them all enough. Especially Carys. Will definitely be dropping some biscuits in once we complete.
