Lauren Stevens, the woman who helped me set up my place, was lovely and extremely helpful. There were a few issues here and there such as not having a key to the post box, but the team, once made aware, immediately went to work on resolving these issues.

Ease!!! That's the word that comes to mind when I evaluate my experience with Mann Letings. They ease you of the hassles that comes with renting a place once you do your bit.

Overall we had a good experience buying a property through Mann, the people were friendly and human, however not always 100% reliable at replying to emails, perhaps as so many different people seemed to be involved. Apart from that minor point though they were helpful and much nicer to deal with than most estate agents.
