Especially Paul Hughes and Rafaella Kyriakidou are two of the most communicative, efficient, reliable and pleasant people I've come across. I have let my flats with various agencies and I'm with Mann the last 4 years - any problems are easily solved, as a landlord, I'm immediately informed, presented with options and the work is carried out. They are both on top of things and the most important is they get me tenants 6 months in advance.
