Very reactive, apart from the initial contact there was very little personal service and the vendor and ourselves (the purchasers) ended up doing lots of Miles and Barrs' work for them e.g. chasing solicitors, setting dates, informing each other of progress etc. Before the end of the process I had the feeling that they've made their money and couldn't be bothered to make an effort. I'd definitely recommend using another estate agent in Canterbury.

Unproffesional people. Do not waste your time with them. The people working there, are only doing so, because no one else would hire them.
