This Estate Agency is the most callous, disgraceful agency I have ever known. They have put myself and my very young family out of our house because they instructed our landlords that it will be easier to sell the house if it were vacated, so we have been handed our notice. The agency and the landlords both know that I have a newborn baby and a 2 year old, yet they think it is acceptable to do so. When I rang to speak to the manager he said “I can understand how you feel” how so? Make that make sense, he also denied having given this advice to the landlords, which is ironic as they swear it was M&B who instructed them to do so. Absolutely shocking. I am so disgusted and will never use this agency. STAY AWAY. You should be ashamed of yourselves
