I hope I give this review the justice that the John Payne team deserve; we have both purchased our new home and sold our home through John Payne's and I cannot thank the team enough. Right from the start, Vanessa was so efficient at answering any queries, discussing options and helping us through the sales process - she was so quick at answering our queries and emails and talked through any worries or concerns. She was tactful and sensitive to issues with purchasing our new home and also selling it too. Thanks Vanessa! John came to sort out the sales agreement and photos and he was super thorough, giving us advice and knowledge about what price we could realistically achieve and all the legal frameworks of selling a house and was very friendly (even when our dog was trying to jump all over him.....we did put our dog out in the end!). Thanks John. A special thanks goes to Vicky who has for the past 4-5 months gone above and beyond chasing every solicitor up and down the chain, working tirelessly for us, our buyers of our old home, the sellers of our new home and everyone who was involved in this chain and I cannot praise her enough. She is a true gem. The administrative team who answered phones and emails all set everything up for us at the beginning deserve a special mention to. A big thank you to all of them.
