I had an excellent experience selling my mums property with John Payne. As I live a long distance away from the house, I had to rely on them through difficult circumstances, but Vanessa was so approachable, sensitive and enthusiastic even when spending long periods of time showing viewers round the garden, getting soaked in the pouring rain. Vicki was a fantastic communicator, very efficient and kept me fully up to date throughout the process, so everything went smoothly. A brilliant team from start to finish and I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. I would recommend using John Paynes Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their house.
Reply from Miles and Barr: Thank you Seona so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience.
We’re delighted to hear that Vanessa and Vicki were able to support you so well, especially given the distance and circumstances involved. Your recognition of their dedication rain and all - and communication means a great deal to us.
