Miles and Barr

This Estate Agency is the most rude, disgraceful agency I have ever known. Especially Katrin!! There was no understanding and they did not try to help me and my friends ,who are students. They have put myself and my friends in a difficult situation and left us there stranded. They have this system called Goodlord which does not help and as we have contacted them for help they told us to basically do it ourselves. They took our holding fee of £340 and ran with it. If you are a student i would 1000% percent avoid this as they will literally not provide any help at all. Absolutely shocking. I am so disgusted and i would rather be homeless than to use Miles and Barr. I only have one word for Katrin and Miles and Barr. Shame! Shame! and Shame!
