The house we applied for we didn't get picked for BEFORE referencing. So makes no sense whatsoever. The recorded message on the phone says they'll call you back. They don't. If you need them, call again. Depending on who you speak to they'll give you different answers about the same thing. Misleading information, lies and rudeness is all this agency is.
