The worst estate agents! Certainly would advised people to go elsewhere if they want a professional service. Despite arranging 3 viewings of which, 2 did not turn up and 1 was not interested even before entering the property, I have not had a single call from webbs to find out any feedback in 6 months; not a single call!!! They are the type of agents to get loads on their books so it looks good but fail to provide a service so sellers then appoint other agents at later date.

I really have absolutely nothing positive to say regarding renting a property from this company and the 'Good Lord' site. Please tell me how you can pass all checks, refs ( hold pilots license, job, privately educated) etc, pay six months rent into the GL account, take out their insurance, have a moving in date, then the day before, you receive a call saying landlord changed his mind. Only to find the day your due to move in, it's back on their website. I really have no words for this company.
