We have been renting with John Shepherd now for 3+ years, my property manager is Lois Molloy who is great. Lois communicates with us regularly in a timely manner, she is always polite & is generally a delight to deal with. Nothing is too much hassle - Thanks Lois
Tom was attentive and reliable. A real asset to John Shepherd. Huge thanks.

I would like to thank Jamie, Gemma & Tom for the easy, quick and smooth transition in to the property and they were happy to answer my all queries very swiftly… Cheers!!
Just want to say that I have been working Lois and Jo at Johnshepherds and would highly recommend them to manage your properties. They have been truly amazing. Thank you so much guys.
Tom at John Shepherds was fantastic , we were on verge of moving away as couldn't find a property due to a section 21 , I phoned John Shepherd and viewed house same day and everything was completed in 2 weeks . Over the moon with there service
I have been living in a John Shepherd property for 4.5 years and have found them excellent agents. If there are any issues they respond very quickly and get everything fixed. There are regular repairs and updates to the building and communication is clear. I have rented a lot of properties in the past and these have been the best agents I have encountered. Lois Molloy was my Property Manager and she is responsive and understanding. I would definitely rent with them again!
