Property Valuation & Development Proposals

David Hatch visited my property on 17th July to assist in ascertain its open market value and potential as a development opportunity. Prior to his visit he had researched the local market conditions, similar style properties currently for sale along with sold properties via the Land Registry in the past 12 months.. Three options were proposed with an explanation of all costs and projected time scales. A comprehensive written report was posted 11 days later for my perusal. I found David Hatch to be a very knowledgeable and well informed agent, willing to explore and explain all possible options.. His professional approach is to be commended.
