We chose KT initially because their marketing seemed better and they had sold houses close to the asking price near ours. Anna communicated the process very well and was able to speed up the process as we had a purchase agreed and needed a sale. Once the ad was live we had an agent dedicated to us. Lauren was always available and communicated brilliantly. Property sold in a week and Sarah from the sale progression team took over from there and she was just as brilliant. I would recommend.
